Simply put, when the battery power of the new energy vehicle is insufficient, the insufficient battery of the new energy vehicle can be replaced with a full battery in a short time, and the insufficient battery is stored in the changing station for charging. At present, it only takes about 5 minutes for the whole process of the changing station from the user parking to the completion of the battery change, which is close to the time for the fuel vehicle to fill up the gas station, and also the speed that the fast charging in the current industry cannot reach.

2.1 Passenger vehicle changing station
This project is an intelligent changing station project for new energy vehicles, and the operation process is fully automated. A single changing station applies 13-15 integrated IO modules of FS series PROFINET bus of Decowell, and the signal points are digital input and output, mainly controlling the lifting platform of the vehicle and collecting the sensor signals in place. The module input channel is required to collect each sensor signal of the lifting platform within 10 milliseconds. The vehicle position signal is sent out jointly by the positioning sensor and the vision system for the safety confirmation before the chassis battery is removed. After the battery is removed, it will be automatically transferred to the designated position for charging. After the new energy vehicle is replaced with a fully charged battery, it is necessary to lock the screw and visually detect whether the screw is locked, which is the last safety check for the power change.

2.2 Heavy truck changing station
This single machine is mainly used in the new energy heavy truck changing station project, which mainly includes three parts: process battery positioning, battery capture and battery storage management.

The device uses Omron NX series PLC as the master station, and connects the servo drive in each control cabinet through EtherCAT bus and the Decowell EX series EtherCAT bus remote IO module EX-1100, which can be extended up to 32 IO modules as EtherCAT adapter. Can be freely matched with digital/analog/function module.
In the control cabinet, the digital input signals of the Decowell EX series EtherCAT remote IO module are external buttons, sensors in place, etc., the digital output module controls signal indicators, etc., and the analog input module mainly collects power battery handling and laser ranging.
