2.1 Motor rotor production line for power tools

This project is a power tool rotor production project, and the operation process is fully automated. This line is used for power tool motor production equipment, and it includes rotor segment: Winding, installation of wind blades, armature performance inspection and magnetic tile assembly, magnetic tile glue, CCD inspection, motor assembly, sealing, magnetic coil, gear installation and other processes. Because the production line is long, distributed processing scheme is adopted. The main station is Omron NX series PLC, and several EX card type IO modules are mounted on the secondary station. Undertake in place detection, fixture detection and other major signal point functions.



In addition, in the aspect of motion control, the Goodco GTSD series servo controller is cooperatively matched, which can work cooperatively in the same environment.
