1. Laser machine
1.1 Introduction
Laser machine is the general name of laser engraving machine, laser cutting machine and laser marking machine. The laser machine uses its high temperature working principle to act on the surface of the processed material, at the same time according to the input to the machine inside the graphics, draw the customer's requirements of the pattern, text, etc. Laser machine according to the use can be divided into laser cutting machine and laser engraving machine.
①Laser cutting machine is divided into: metal cutting machine and non-metal cutting machine.
② Laser engraving machine is divided into: metal engraving machine and non-metal engraving machine.
The names of different machines used in the industry are also changed, such as paper cutting machine, shadow puppet machine, knife template machine and so on.
1.2 Laser Principle
Laser is a kind of light, like other natural electroluminescence, is produced by atomic (molecular or ion, etc.) transition, and is caused by spontaneous radiation. Although laser is light, it is obviously different from ordinary light in that laser only relies on spontaneous radiation for a very short period of time at the beginning, and the subsequent process is completely determined by laser radiation. Therefore, laser has a very pure color and almost no divergence direction.
2. Topology of laser cutting control system
2.1 PLC adopts standard industrial Ethernet bus PROFINET agreement to connect with remote IO.
2.2 EX-1110 is an EX series PROFINET adapter, which can expand up to 32 IO modules and support PROFINET ring network and RT/IRT communication. Ex-210h is a 16-channel digital quantity input module (PNP), mainly collecting digital quantity signals such as sensors and external buttons. EX-310H is a 16 channel digital output module (PNP), mainly output control equipment running status indicator, intermediate relay, solenoid valve, etc.

4. EX series card bus I/O module
The I/O used in the above case is EX series card bus I/O module, which was released in 2018 and has diversified adapter agreements. Support EtherCAT, PROFINET, PROFIBUSDP, DeviceNET, CC-Link, CC-LinkIEF Basic, ModbusRTU, EtherNET/IP and other bus agreements, The expandable I/O modules in the adapter include digital input/output module, analog input/output module, thermocouple/thermal resistance module, etc.
