1.2 Topology of air conditioning production and transmission line system

The master station of the equipment uses FX3U-128M+FX-16CCL-M uses CC-Link agreement with Decowell FS series integrated module.

FS integrated module is used to control relay and contactor, and then to control the start and stop of three-phase asynchronous motor. The value uses the FS module to control the operation of the motor through the switching quantity and the frequency converter. So as to realize the transmission of the production line.

2.1 Production equipment for home appliance shell inner liner

It is mainly used in the outer shell production of household appliances, such as the inner liner production of the outer shell of washing machine, from the process of incoming material, pressing type, perforation, bending and so on. The equipment is mainly supplied to Galanz Haier and so on.

2.2 System Topology

The equipment adopts the cabinet control, different process section adopts a cabinet, each cabinet has two to three FS integrated module. The whole line uses about 30 modules. Mainly for 32 point input module and 16 point input 16 point output module.
