1． Introduction to PROFINET bus

PROFINET, launched by PROFIBUS International (PI), is a new generation of automation bus standard based on industrial Ethernet technology. 3、Decowell manipulator handling line topology

(1) Siemens S7-1200 is used to connect with FS series PROFINET module, and two FS series PROFINET bus modules are used on the handling line equipment.

(2)The first FS series PROFINET module mainly collects and tests the material in place on the conveying line and controls the electric drum and cylinder; The second FS series PROFINET module is used for magnetic switch signal acquisition at the end of the robot and cylinder control in the fixture.
