1. Introduction to the Photovoltaic industry     


Photovoltaic (PV) industry now has become a pillar industry of our country's energy and environmental protection. Throughout the development process of the industry, from the domestic photovoltaic industry started late but shows the momentum of rapid development.


China's photovoltaic industry started in 2002 and has developed a complete industrial chain. Statistics released by the National Energy Administration show that from January to November 2017, China's photovoltaic power generation reached 106.9 billion KWH, an increase of 72% year-on-year, and the annual photovoltaic power generation exceeded 100 billion KWH for the first time. By the end of November 2017, China's cumulative installed photovoltaic capacity had reached 125.79 million kW, up 67 percent year-on-year.

       

Thus, the photovoltaic industry will still have a place in the energy system in the next two decades. In the future, the word "photovoltaic" is far from a kind of industry, but should be a system, should be a distributed energy system composed of photovoltaic power generation + battery + island power grid.

2.1 Photovoltaic fleece machine

The project is photovoltaic fleece making machine, the main process is photovoltaic wet making process. The wet process is the beginning of the solar cell production process. The original cell obtained from the superior manufacturer or the superior raw material factory will start its new career here.

     

The main purpose of fleece is to form an undulating suede on the surface of the original piece, and increase the refractive index of the original glass to sunlight by using the trapping effect. As the beginning of battery life, the wet manufacturing process such as fleece is also one of the most difficult processes to control in the whole production process.

2.2 Topology of the fleece machine

The project uses Mitsubishi L series PLC, motion control adopts Lesey motion control card and Nidek inverter to control each conveyor belt in the equipment, PLC part adopts CC-Link bus communication, a single cashmere machine uses more than 20 Decowell integrated distributed bus IO, the digital input and output point is around 800 points. Mainly responsible for the sensor in place signal detection and drive relay and other related equipment.
