Soft pack and hard pack of Li-ion battery

Lithium batteries are divided into two forms: soft pack and hard pack. The main difference between the two is the material of the lithium battery shell. Soft pack batteries are liquid lithium-ion batteries covered with a polymer shell, which will be softer than the aluminum shell lithium battery pack.

The key materials used in soft pack lithium battery - positive electrode material, negative electrode material and diaphragm - are not much different from the traditional steel shell - aluminum shell lithium battery, the biggest difference lies in the flexible packaging material (aluminum-plastic composite film), which is the most critical and technically difficult material in soft pack lithium battery.

For example, the application is integrated in the mobile phone and cannot be disassembled without permission.

During the production and manufacture of soft-pack lithium battery, it is necessary to carry out edging, folding, dispensing and other operations on the polymer material of its shell to make the docking part more tight and not cause the leakage of internal liquid of lithium battery.

1. The control part mainly adopts Keenes KV8000 series PLC and extends EtherCAT master station module

2. Control servo motion and Decowell EX series plug-in remote IO module through EtherCAT bus

3. Through the PLC body EtherNet/IP agreement and manipulator communication

4. The device is divided into three IO slave stations with many points. Two of the stations are EtherCAT Adapter +2 x 32DI+2 x 32DO, and the other station is EtherCAT Adapter +1 x 32DI+1 x 32DO.

5. The device has a large number of cylinders. The magnetic switch and photoelectric switch signals are mainly collected through the input module of remote IO, and the solenoid valve is controlled through the output module to control the cylinder action.
