The PCR laboratory

PCR laboratory, also known as gene amplification laboratory, uses molecular biology technology to amplify nucleic acid fragments, which can also be regarded as special nucleic acid replication in vitro. By using the gene tracking system, the virus content in the human body can be measured with the accuracy of nanometer level. Nucleic acid testing for the novel coronavirus is another such technology.

Decowell assisted PCR mobile shelter centralized control system

Mobile shelter has strict requirements for each laboratory, the above four areas are completely separated, and there is strict pressure, air flow direction control, and temperature and humidity control between each area. This requires the precision of the system response and analog quantity control.

The IO scheme of this system adopts the centralized IO scheme of Decowell: EX series card IO.

The IO scheme mainly consists of:

Profinet adapter: EX-1110

Analog input module: EX-4414 16-bit 4-20ma analog input module, with high accuracy, mainly collect pressure, flow rate, temperature and humidity signals in various areas.

Analog output module: EX-5014 16-bit 4-20ma analog output module, according to the analog input signal collected timely control of frequency conversion in each area, timely adjust the air pressure, air flow rate to meet the needs of the experiment.
