This project is applied to a large pharmaceutical factory in China, which is used for the automatic processing of part of the pharmaceutical factory and the environment monitoring system in the workshop. In this project, our company's EX card type remote IO is widely used, and a single remote IO slave station is mounted with a maximum of 120 analog channels. The main station of this equipment uses Siemens 1515 series CPU. Use PROFINET agreement with Decowell EX series card modules.

Mainly through the EX card module control relay, contactor and then control the start and stop of three-phase asynchronous motor. Or the use of digital output module, through the switching quantity and frequency converter control motor operation, so as to achieve the transmission of the production line.
