Some industry solutions

Logistics transportation and sorting solutions

The project is a logistics conveying and sorting system. The rotary table is controlled by servo motor, and the internal multi-stage position program has been built. The FS series remote I/O module of Decowell is used to switch the quantity to trigger the multi-stage position movement for sorting, so as to improve the efficiency and stability of the logistics sorting system. 

Lithium PACK line solution 

This project is a single PACK line for lithium battery, and the whole transmission system is divided into five areas. Decowell FS module is mainly used in the transportation link of the whole lithium battery production, transportation and detection process. The total number of FS module is about 300, which can reduce the cost of customers and improve the stability of on-site signal transmission.

PCR mobile shelter centralized control system solution 

This project is a PCR mobile cabin centralized control system, using PROFINET adapter of Decowell: EX-1110 analog quantity input module: EX-4414, 16-bit 4-20mA analog quantity input module, analog quantity output module: EX-5014, 16-bit 4-20mA analog quantity output module.
